PAYMENT can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD or BANKCARD, or by BPAY if you have an existing BPAY account or would like to set one up.

ORDERS usually take approx. 7 working days and no longer than 2 weeks before delivery and can be made On-line using our shopping cart software.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING is included in the cost of each of theusefulboxes, except if ordering from outside of Australia.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will need to be made via email and an additional $15 AUS postage and handling charge will be applied to cover international postage costs.

OTHER: In order to personalise some of theusefulboxes, our order form may ask questions about the child you are buying for . For example, their favourite colour, etc. You do not have to provide us with this information, it is simply collected so we can personalise theusefulboxes to each child.
